Mansour, our campaign is up on TV with our very first ad. It introduces me to voters across the Third District and lets everyone know that I’ll do the things that Dan Lipinski won’t — including raising wages for workers and ensuring that health care is a right for everyone.
I’m really proud of this one. Now we need to make sure we get it in front of as many voters as possible.
Messages like this matter more to an underdog campaign like ours. Unlike my opponent, my last name hasn’t been on the ballot every cycle since 1982. I have a lot of work to do to make sure voters know who I am and why I’m running.
And because I’m not taking money from corporate PACs or federal lobbyists, I can’t rely on big money to help fund these ads — and I don’t want to.
To get my campaign’s message out there, I’m relying on people like you chipping in what you can, when you can.
